The focus of next month's peaceful and law-abiding demo is once again the Hollie Greig paedophile scandal and we hope as many people as possible will attend to support Hollie and Anne Greig
and to highlight the indifference
and on-going cover up by the Scottish state ...

Nick Clegg MP

A continuing gross injustice
at the murky hands of the Scottish state.
Edinburgh is of course at the heart of where the government and legal establishment are based in Scotland, and that is one of the main places to highlight Hollie's case to the wider public we feel.
Could those who are able to attend please make up their own small placards highlighting Hollie's case, with the words "Justice4Hollie" in prominent view - The campaign to get Justice4Hollie Greig that brings people to the official web site so that they know all the background and official events.

ReplyDeleteI have been thinking about legal actions you can take in order to benefit your case and I think that a full affidavit of the pertinent facts written and signed on Hollie's behalf with the aid of a public noatary or solicitor would help greatly.
ReplyDeleteAn Affidavit is a statement from truth by a HUMAN BEING that is then sent to another party to verify. The other party then has to refute it point by point, giving reasons for each point refuted within 40 days. It gets a little more complicated than that from here on in but people like TPUC and Lawful Rebellion know how to go about the process.
The idea is to send the affidavit to the highest Scottish Judge and require him to refute the truths therein point by point. If he fails to do so then what is on the affidavit becomes absolute lawful truth, which would put him in a very awkward position because once it has be established as absolute truth by an affidavit he will then have to act upon it.
If he fails to respond to it at all it still become absolute truth under LAW.
Please look into this as a possible action.
